The material is Natural Stones our beads bracelets will not tarnish and are waterproof however we would not recommend swimming with the bracelet on as chlorine and saltwater can be hard on any type of jewelry. It would be okay to keep them on while you wash your hands, but it would be best to take them off when you swim or shower.
